Last night was our Christmas party and what a party it was from beer pong to getting in a flamingo outfit to shake the balls out of the box to olympics to egg and spoon race to pin the nose on the reindeer. OH YES we did it all seeing people connect and seeing you meet more wonders of GAMEFACE and the energy we brought AMAZING and you for those who didn’t make it we missed you . My story, a year ago I was sat in front of my GP being told I was pre diabetic, cholesterol at dangerous levels and heading my way to the same genetic disorders both my Parents had. I was the heaviest I’d ever been and mentally felt so low, so found it so hard to have any motivation to do anything. My friend happened to mention Natasha, give her a call she said! Thankfully, I did!
From first meeting her, I knew she was the trainer for me, 10 months after meeting Natasha I’m 3 1/2 stone lighter, Cholesterol reduced from 6.1 to 3.7, blood sugars back within normal range and fitter than I have in years. Whilst I am amazed and proud of what people can see on the outside, it’s what’s going on, on the inside that is making the difference.

For anyone wanting to start their fitness journey , I really cannot recommend Natasha at Gameface enough.
Thank you Natasha for giving me back my health, making me want to come back time & time again, but most of doing it with a smile on our faces.
This is really is a Team like no other
